With this Visa you can stay temporarily in Australia for a period of 3 months. You have the right to study but with some limitations. In some case your Visa can be extended. You have no work rights with this Visa. You can study for up to 12 weeks. Working Holiday
This Visa is only for those who are citizens of specific countries. It allows you to work and travel in Australia for one year and it can be extended for a second year in some cases. You can study in Australia but with some limitations. You can work for the same employer for a maximum period of 6 months, and then you can find another job. 
Student Visa
With this visa you can study in Australia. Study will be your primary purpose but you also have the right to work 20 hours a week and also full-time during school holiday between semesters. This visa covers the all duration of your course. Sponsorship
Today it is possible that a company sponsors a skilled person from overseas, so you can work for a specific company and later possibly apply for Permanent Residency.
